I’m a beginner building a home lab out loud.

I learn Linux and Ubuntu by shipping small, real projects on hardware I already own — or pick up used — and I write down what actually worked. The goal is simple: make getting started feel a lot less overwhelming for the next person.

How these guides are made

I use AI tools to help with research and first drafts. Then I run every step on my own hardware, fix what does not work, and publish what happened. Terminal clips and diagrams are recreations. If a step has not been tested, I say so.

We don’t blast “AI” in the headline — and we don’t hide it either.
